• Free Discovery Call: We offer a free introductory call to discuss your business, goals, and how AI Ecosystem™ can support your objectives. This call is provided at no cost and is therefore non-refundable.
• AI Ecosystem Blueprint and Strategy Session: During the strategy session, we provide a custom AI Ecosystem™ blueprint, insights, and strategies tailored to your business’s unique goals. Since this session and blueprint are provided at no cost and are uniquely crafted for each client, they are not eligible for refunds.
• Technical Issues: In the rare event that technical difficulties prevent you from fully utilizing the AI Ecosystem™ as intended, please contact us at info@conqueryourcrowd.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. Our team will work with you to resolve any technical problems, and in cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We aim to clearly outline situations in which refunds cannot be granted:

• Complimentary Blueprint and Strategy Session: The AI Ecosystem™ blueprint and initial strategy session are provided free of charge, offering personalized recommendations and strategies tailored specifically for your business needs. As these are complimentary, custom services, they are not eligible for a refund.
• Fully Delivered Services: If a service, such as completed consultations or custom integrations, has been fully delivered, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Inactivity: If there has been a delay in engaging with the AI Ecosystem™ service after delivery, please contact us at info@conqueryourcrowd.com. We’d be happy to guide you through the implementation process and ensure that AI Ecosystem™ is successfully integrated into your business.
